SUPER OPS FORCE SYNOPSIS

The story takes place during WWII but in an alternate reality where the Japanese did succeed in invading Australia in 1943.
The characters are predominantly a team of Australian, British and American super government agents and their adversary Colonel Taiko Matsudaira and an elite force of the Japanese Imperial Army, or are they?
The Department of Defence is alerted that a Japanese force has unexpectedly landed near Broome, Western Australia without any previous detection, reconnaissance shows it is a small force of 1000-1500 men with some artillery and a few vehicles using a small Japanese Navy freight vessel. Consequently an appropriately sized Australian force is sent out to wipe out the invaders and shore up the Northwest coast unfortunately what actually happens is that the Australians are quickly wiped out in first contact. The invaders then begin to march across the desert towards Tennant Creek.
At this point the government realise somethings seriously out of whack, but they don't know what and so decide to muster and despatch the Super Operations Force to assess and deal with the situation rather than sending out more valuable and scarce troops and resources. The office that controls the super soldiers is run by the inept Colonel Barrymore and his faithful aides Captain Manning and Lieutenant Buchanan.
In the meantime we find out the invading forces motives behind their actions, which are Colonel Matsudaira's plan to establish his own new Japanese empire in Australia unbeknownst to his superior and that he is a Samurai warlord wizard who can control people by calling up ghosts of his ancestors to possess the Japanese soldiers.
The Australian super force travelling to confront the invaders consider the loss by the initial dispatched defence force as an aberration due to them being mainly reserves and think stopping the Japanese will be a cakewalk given their super powers and the enemies lack of much heavy artillery. When they make contact they soon find out how much they have underestimated the enemy and the groups leader The Sarge is quickly slaughtered, the team is totally shellshocked by this and falls back to Alice Springs, it's now obvious to they Allied heroes that they are dealing with Japanese super soldiers. These soldiers rarely use guns, because they don't have a supply line back to any ammunition dumps, but use katanas, martial arts with enhanced strength, speed and agility to kill, and can only be killed by severing their hearts from their bodies.
The invaders reach Tennant Creek and slaughter a number of the locals who can't put up much of a fight apart from the local Aboriginal keeper of the magics Kadee who bravely fights until forced to retreat to Alice Springs where comes upon the special ops force heading out to confront the Japanese this time led by the young buck Corporal John Swinton who has stepped up and taken over the running of the squad.
This begins a number of battles that predominantly go against our heroes as the invaders reach the Pacific coast at Townsville. Also, we find out one of the possessed soldiers Juro Koga is having a mental battle with his possessing ghost captor, the ghost doesn't want to be involved in Matsudaira's campaign out of loyalty to the reigning Emperor but is held by ancient ancestral family honour and customs of the Samurai to obey.
Meanwhile in Berlin a secretary at the Japanese Embassy Aimi Yamada becomes aware of the rouge Japanese invasion of Australia through documents sent to the Ambassador that come across her desk and since she is really a half English spy working for the British government, this new information is very interesting to her, especially when she overhears that the Fuhrer himself has heard of the invasion and intends to send his S.S Wunda Soldat super commandos to ''help'' the Japanese whilst actually intending to find the source of Colonel Matsudaira's powers to be used against him and to claim the Australian continent for the Nazis. Once Aimi has completed her dangerous mission collecting this information she is disclosed as a spy and needs to escape Germany. She makes her way not too Britain but too Japan where she can work undercover to try and find the secret to defeat Matsudaira, but that's not easy as his palace is heavily defended.
Now the S.S Wunda Soldat team arrives air dropped in crates into the Japanese invaders, Matsudaira realises he doesn't have much choice but too accept the Fuhrer's ''assistance'' because he does not want to fight on two fronts plus one of the team has an interesting mind control power of her own.
Things are now heavily stacked against the Allied super team and they cannot stop the invaders reaching Brisbane. Now unexpectedly two American super soldiers arrive to help bolster the team, the Allies might hope that the U.S would send a crack force of super agents to save the day, unfortunately when they arrive it turns that they appear to be third string heroes who are past their prime, as a side story the American heroes are suspected to be gay through a number of observations by the Allies.
Thousands of civilians are streaming down the New South Wales coast to escape the brutal slaughter from the possessed invaders, nothing can stop them as they begin to march towards Sydney from Brisbane. The Allied team confronts the invaders, following the continually inept orders from the department of defence to stop the invaders at all costs, on several occasions Allied superhero lives are lost in these engagements.
In Japan, Aimi has finally broken inside Matsudaira's palace and fought her way too the dungeons where the secrets of Matsudaira's magics are held and she does discover a way to exorcise the Japanese soldiers and leave the Colonel powerless. Now she must steal and aircraft and get to Australia posing as a airman to hopefully save the country. The journey will be dangerous and she will need to refuel.
Now the invaders are on the outskirts of Sydney and again the Allies fly in to engage and do their best but this time they lose someone very differently, 'Shocker' Donnelly reveals he is the son of American Aryan writer Ignatius L Donnelly and joins the Nazis and Matsudaira to fight for the Aryan race against the Allies. We now find out that the two American heroes were having a homosexual relationship and that they were shipped off too Australia when the government became aware of it.
The Japanese soldier Juro that was battling to break free from possession has now managed to succeed and will now bide his time pretending to still be possessed till he can make good his escape.
The invaders now reach the CBD of Sydney if Matsudaira can defeat and destroy the Allies here nothing will stop him from sweeping through the rest of the nation and then building his powers to make summon more spirits of his ancestors to create a larger army to collect and enslave the population then forming his new Japanese Matsudaira Empire. The invaders reach the department of defences' offices and start to kill everyone but Captain Manning decides to go down in a blaze of glory and equips himself with a large machine gun and manages to take out Doctor Stephanie Kaufman the mind controlling leader of the super Nazis which releases the giant Arya from her control he then rampages across the city till he is subdued by a giant Aboriginal mother spirit controlled by Kadee and subsequently then joins the Allies.
The last stand is at Sydney Cove and both forces battle until they hear the faint sound of a fighter plane coming from over the ocean till they can see it's a Japanese Zero and it's losing altitude and going to crash near the battle which does, it contains Aimi Yamada who has managed to get from Japan to Australia with the secret to stop Matsudiara, she is badly wounded in the crash but manages to give the incantation to Corporal Swinton who releases the ghosts from their bond and they return to the Shinto underworld Yomi leaving the Japanese soldiers as corpses.
The tide seems to have turned in the Allies favour the Colonel seemingly has only Longinus the remaining Nazi and Shocker the turn coat American to defend him until he produces the mind control enzyme container recovered from Doctor Stephanie's body, he has combined his magic with the enzyme to make a gas that creates a new possessed army of thousands Australian citizens.
The Allies are now confronted with the problem of stopping the citizens without killing them and the battle begins anew. Without being able to use their powers mist effectively the Allies are soon overwhelmed and are physically pinned down to be personally slain by Matsudaira who is just about to slit the first Allies throat when he it run through with a katana from behind by Juro Koda the possessed soldier who freed himself from his ghost and has been waiting to escape but sees he has a chance to end the evil Colonels rampage of death and creeps up behind him amongst all the corpses and takes him by surprise, Matsudaira's dies in a tornado of dragon flame.
The citizens are released from their magic/enzyme possession and Longinus and Shocker are left without a leader or purpose and surrender. Juro Koda is captured and spends the rest of the war in a POW camp. The army comes back in from the last line of defence to the South of the city for the clean up and to debrief the remaining Allies, Arya the giant remains with Kadee who he now considers his surrogate mother, she returns with him to Tennant Creek with him but the rest of the Allies bolster themselves for whatever their next adventure might be for the remainder of World War 2.
